Any lovelies can share their birth experience?

It really depend on your personal pain threshold. I personally gave birth without epi, but I had plenty of gas for both 1st and 2nd pregnancies. 😅 I remember asking for epi midway but was already passed the point of no return. Haha! Perhaps consider hiring a doula who can support you and help you with other pain relief methods? Let me know if you need a recommendation!

Honestly not far fetched to have that natural delivery. Just bared in mind to keep options open as this is ur 1st baby and we have no experience on how to deliver. I do have the intention to natural deliver without any gas or epi in the 1st place but then during contraction time, I am in pain which then I opted to take the epi jab.

for me, laughing gas no use. First one I had epidural, second one, too late to have one.. for me low pain threshold, so considered very pain for me, I was shouting in the delivery suite -.- but luckily baby came out fast

Listen to your body I was open for epi But I was trying if I can tahan , but end up aftr few hours I option for epi
