Airy Pants Diaper?

My toddler just started using pampers premium pull up diaper and his lower back that is covered by the diaper is sweating. The diaper does feel quite thick. Any airy pull up diapers to recommend?

The design of pampers premium pants is high and narrow. You can try merries which is lower and wider.
