Toddler Formula vs. Whole Milk, which one do you offer to your kids?

I gave toddler formula till 2yo then cow’s full cream milk thereafter. This was also after my toddler got used to drinking cold water, since I bought 1L UHT milk packs and would have to chill whatever she didn’t finish. Haha.
