Is 2.6mm nuchal translucency a sign of Down Syndrome

Today was my 12 weeks scan and gynae mentioned that the NT was abit big. It measured 2.6mm and I'm very worried now

Don’t worry 2.6mm is still within safe range. Anything above 3.5 then is worrying. Also are you at the start, middle or end of week 12?

My scan was 11w5d.
