Adoiii, I'm so sorry you had such a rough experience, bersalin is already hard enough without feeling treated like that, can really shake you up especially for first baby. A few of my mum friends have had similar issues at various government hospitals; one switched to a private one halfway through and said the difference was night and day in terms of how they were treated. If you're planning another pregnancy or know someone going through this, definitely trust your gut and consider switching, your peace of mind and how you're treated during labour matters so much. Maybe write a complaint to the hospital management too, sebab feedback from mums actually does help improve things there. You deserve better care, mama!
