Aduh, breech at 30 weeks is still very manageable, most babies will turn on their own before 36-37 weeks! A few of us mums went through this, some did exercises macam knee-chest position (basically, your bum higher than your head for 10-15 mins daily), some swear by swimming, and one friend even did moxibustion (traditional method) with a Chinese physician. But seriously, best check with your doctor or gynae first, they can advise what's safe for your situation and monitor how baby's positioned. Jangan panik, still got time, babe!
