Hmm, di ko sure kung naglilihi ka na pero at 2nd month of pregnancy, madami here na nahihirapan magpoops, hinaheartburn, kain suka. Kung wala ka symptoms nun, more more on fruits and veggies mi. Siguro lessen sa matamis at kanin, more in water. Dahil paglalaboratory ka to check your blood sugar and if may UTI ka. Kung naglilihi ka na, eat crackers, more on warm water and masabaw na foods. As much as possible, get 8 to 10 hours ng tulog per day. Iwas matagtag sa byahe pag aalis or magwowork, and wag magbubuhat ng mabigat dahil sensitive pa pag first trimester.
