Bfeed to bottle formula

Aw, I feel you, sobrang transition ito! A few of us tried introducing the bottle around 3-4 weeks when breastfeeding was established na, and honestly, having someone else (not you) give the first bottle helps kasi baby won't smell your milk, hehe. Start with a bottle that mimics the breast (like slow-flow teats), do it when baby's a bit hungry pero not crying na, at be patient lang, some babies need a few tries before they accept it, kaya don't stress kung hindi agad first attempt!
