Sis, 38 weeks with a closed cervix is totally normal, marami sa amin nag-start ng labor kahit walang signs pa, so please don't worry! I'd really suggest talking to your OB about this para ma-monitor properly, kasi sila lang ang makakasabi if kailangan na ng induction or kung okay pa lang mag-wait, pero seryoso most first-time moms don't dilate until actual labor na talaga. A few of us tried walking, pelvic floor exercises, at staying active, pero honestly ang real game-changer ay ang mind, stress lang yung pumapigil sa labor sometimes, kaya try to relax and trust your body na kayang-kaya niya kahit paano! You're almost there na, mama!
