Ay, ang period after CS talaga ay iba, mama! From what I've learned from a few of us CS moms, it can take a bit longer, sometimes 6 weeks or even a few months before it comes back, especially if you're exclusively breastfeeding kasi the hormones from that actually delay your period. When it does come back, maraming nagsasabi na mas matagal at mas heavy ang first few cycles compared sa before, which is totally normal because the body is just recovering from the surgery. Pero kung sobrang tagal na or sobrang heavy na parang abnormal, best to check with your OB na lang para sure, 'cause everyone's different and healing is different too!
