Wah, first trimester fatigue is really no joke, totally normal but still very draining! The best thing that helped me was eating small, frequent meals throughout the day to keep energy stable, and staying really well hydrated, because dehydration actually makes the tiredness so much worse. Someone in my mum group mentioned drinking chicken essence regularly during the first trimester, and quite a few of them swore it helped with energy levels, though a couple said it didn't make much difference for them personally. For the focus issue at work, try sneaking in even a 15, 20 minute nap during lunch break if you can, short walks after meals also help clear the brain fog a little. That said, do check with your gynae first, especially about the chicken essence and any supplements, since every pregnancy is different!
