Patient satisfaction

male and female nurses were very professional at the same time very friendly as in. they'd talk to you in a very warm way that made me feel comfortable and safe. one female nurse stood out but she was a nurse sa floor na, she was doing rounds and we asked if someone could help us change my diapers kasi my hubby and i were scared to change them since i had a catheter attached. she said she'd look for a female aide if we were not comfortable with a male. after a few minutes she said she couldnt find a female aide to help me so siya na lang daw. we said no na, kami na lang kasi nakakahiya sa kanya hindi nya job yun kako, assist na lang nya kami. she said its okay walang problema. 🥹 she changed my diapers and taught us how to do it, but told us na baka bukas di na ako mag diapers kasi hihina na din bleeding kaya na daw ng napkin usually yung ganun. 🥹 i commended her sa comment slip ng hospital. i was very thankful to her. 🥹

I delivered my 2nd baby sa St. Lukes QC and masasabi kong lahat ng staffs ay very helpful since ang 1st baby ki di nakasurvive nung nilabas ko sya, wala akong alam paano ang breastfeeding, nappy change etc baata lahat ng pagaalaga sa newborns di ko naranansan nun. masasabi kong ftm pa rin ako sa 2nd ko. lahat ng staffs na pumunta, naassign samin ni baby, tinutulungan ako paano ang tamang pagpapadede, tamamng buhat at comfort. ano ang dapat gawin. pati sa pagpapaligo.

Hello. For me was their calmness, support and help. I wasn't in my good attitude, but everyone was just calm towards me. Tapos yung support nila on having a normal delivery when I was having a hard time pushing. Yung mga nagra-rounds they would literally stop by and check upon our wellbeing, give out advices, help when needed etc.

Kung private hospital asahan mo na matatrato ka ng maayos pero pag public,swertehan nalang kung matapat ka sa mababait at kalmadong nurses🤣
