For those who have nanny, how comfortable and confident are you every time you leave your child with them?

I tried to get a nanny for several weeks although I am working at home lang naman. The experience didn't turn out well kasi I was just away for a few minutes as I was having a call with my client, then nahulog na sa backyard ang baby ko kasi mas inuna ng yaya ang sumayaw sayaw kesa hawakan baby ko. It was traumatic for me kasi duguan sa mouth si baby. From them on, I never wanted to get a yaya anymore kahit pa sabihin nila na may mabait naman. I just cannot entrust my child to other people.
