    You would need to get a doctor's clearance to before trying to exercise. It also depends if you have been active before getting pregnant. Don't push yourself too much, rest well and hydrate well if you are exercising You might also want to consider Swimming in the 3rd trimester as it can take the weight off your knees and help reduce any backache
