MATERNITY LEAVE

Hello there working moms! When is the best time to take Mat Leave? I'm on my 31st week, still working. Ayaw ko sana mag-leave so I requested to work at home, fotunately pinagbigyan naman ako. But how about some of you po? When did you take your mat leave?

Hi mommy. Usually si Hr po nagbibigay ng ML natin kung kelan. A month before ng edd mo magbibigay sila ng schedule basta complete na un na requirements mo. Not sure lng kung ganun din sa company niyo.
