3.5 Months Self-Soothe?
Is there a way to teach LO to nap/sleep without having to constantly carry and bounce them? If we carry them to sleep all the time, will they eventually outgrow it?

My baby outgrow it after 4M sleep regression. Before that we were bouncing a lot and carried to sleep esp during regression. Now at almost 5M, she can sleep on her own. Just need to put help her put pacifier occasionally
