Given that your baby was measuring small at 32 weeks and you're now at almost 35 weeks, it does seem reasonable to want regular weight checks to track progress, so it might be worth raising this directly with your NUH scan team or asking if you can do growth scans there instead of relying on the follow-up clinic for those measurements. At this point in pregnancy with your risk factors, you could also consider asking NUH if they'd like to see you more frequently given the circumstances, since they have your full scan history and can give you the reassurance you need about baby's growth trajectory.
