Can you suggest any low impact exercises that mommies can try postpartum? Any exercises without jumping

For strength training, understanding proper technique is very important to ensure you are working the correct muscles. Start with bodyweight and gradually increase weight as you become familiar with the movement and comfortable with the weight. Low-impact cardio exercises such as swimming or brisk walking are a good start. Exercises that involve jumping are called plyometric exercises which should only be used mainly for athletes and more advanced people who have the proper fitness preparation for it.

Is there any special exercise program that mommies can follow to help with losing postpartum weight?

The safest and fastest way is to engage a trainer with knowledge of post-natal. They will know the exact exercise that suit to your body, fitness level and adjust the intensity correctly.

Is yoga or pilates helpful in losing postpartum weight? Never a big fan of cardio or weight lifting

The key element in training are strength, cardio and flexibility (mindful movement). Yoga and pilates fall under mindful movement. You will need to invest some time and energy into strength and cardio that will help you burn fat and build some lean muscle.

Hi Alya, the best diet is a well balanced diet that fuel your body with all the right nutrients. Alvin top 1 nutritional guideline is the 80/20 rule. Eat 80% single-ingredient food and 20% multiple ingredients food. Single-ingredient foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains provide essential vitamins and minerals. Multiple ingredients are processed food like milk, bread, chocolate, cake, ice cream etc. Eat those at a minimum. It's all about balance and making sure you're nourishing your body with the right mix of nutrients.

A well balanced training program that consists of strength, cardio and flexibility/mobility is the key to being and staying healthy fit. The strength component of training will play a huge role in helping you to burn fat and build lean muscles.
