Hematoma during pregnancy

Hello, Is there someone have the same case as mine? i have hematoma and 5wks and 3days pregnant. Do i need to go under operation?

i am 6 weeks today. when u/s was conducted, the size of my sac is just for 5weeks 5 days instead of 7 weeks if it will be based on LMP. i dont know if u have to go back to the hospital and report about the blood clot. i am on bedrest now and was advise to take duphaston.
