Tips or advises needed

Hi there mummies! This is my 2nd pregnancy and although I know all pregnancies are different, this time round it's harder on me compared to my firstborn 😮‍💨 I'm turning 12 weeks in 4 days time but lately I just feel so drained out. Like all my energy is literally being vacuumed / sucked out of me 😭😭 it doesn't help that I have terrible body aches and night sickness. My 2 year old firstborn has been understanding enough that I'm fatigued and doesn't bother me much after coming back from school but I'm afraid he'll feel left out. Are there any tips or advises to help lessen this fatigue or drained out feeling? I take short naps after sending my toddler to school and wake up by noon to cook and clean. Should I start taking my multivitamins (can I take them early?) What are things you do when you feel drained out? #advicepls
