falling hair

Hi there mga momshies??i just want to ask if na experience nyo ba ang nag hair fall after giving birth?my son is 4mos now and ng hairfall ako,manipis na buhok ko and im worried?any suggestion po kung anung necessary things na gagawin ko?thanks and advance happy mothers day ???
