Blocked ears

Hi there, I’m on Tri 2 and I have been experiencing pretty bad blocked ears since Tri 1. It can persist for the entire day and Nasal spray doesn’t work for me. Any other remedies to share?

Could it be the ear wax? Can visit a gp to get it flushed out.

    Hmm apparently not Ive visited the GP for the nasal spray, which didnt help. Gynae also mentioned it’s a common symptom.
