Cervix Pain

Hi there. I'm currently 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I'm experiencing a sharp, shooting pain in my cervix/pelvic area when I walk. It feels like a quick electric jolt. Is this normal for this stage of pregnancy (like "lightning crotch"), and is there anything I should be doing for relief? Please let me know if I should be checked out. Thanks!

Hey, this one better not wait, please go see your doctor or call your gynae to describe it, especially since you're so close to delivery. Sharp shooting pains down there at 37 weeks can be a few different things, and they really need to check you out in person to be sure. It's good that you're being cautious about it.
