nausea

hi there, im afraid that this nausea can caused me to stop working . I couldnt eat anything , and im always feel dizzy. when i woke uo in the morning , i feel nausea and dizzy that makes me didnt go to work . anyone??

hi, don worry mummy, im a 15week already, still nausea and vomit sometime. im also still dizzy until now. more important to eat and drink. keep strong mummy.
