Painful pubic bone

Hi there ?..im 34week pregnant.. I've been having pain around the pubic bone area..lately, it got worst.. i can barely walk.. is there a way to relieve the pain? It took few mins to even step into the bathroom.. all i need to do is to lift up my foot but even the simple task is so painful..help....
