Yes, pelvic pain esp during 3rd trimester is common. Especially round ligament pain/ groin pain. Things that help would be: Resting Taking a warm bath Taking panadol (I take them sometimes) Applying a hot compress to the area Avoiding activities that make the pain worse, such as heavy lifting or standing for long periods You can also google on stretches / pregnancy exercises to help release the round ligament & reduce pain.

Thank you for the response. It’s hard fr me to walk especially when I get up after sitting down a period of time in the office.
