I don't know any fruit that can help increase milk supply. What I do is I ensure that I am hydrated. I drink around 2-3 liters of water daily. I also eat oatmeal for breakfast and oatmeal cookies for snacks.
You can try adding more apricots or unripe papayas to your diet! :) Vegetables may also help, specifically Carrots, Spinach, and Horseradish. :) Hope this helps!
