Oh I totally understand that feeling of panic when you suddenly notice spots on your baby and you have no idea where they came from. My younger one had something similar when she was about four months old, red flat spots all over and she seemed completely unbothered by them, and I was the one losing sleep over it. We brought her to the PD the next morning just to be safe and it turned out to be a mild viral rash that cleared up on its own within a few days. Since your baby's spots are not raised, not itchy and no pus, it could be something similar, but I would still recommend getting your PD or even the polyclinic to take a look just to rule anything out and give you peace of mind.
