Hi, Yes those Baby's rash or pimples or small red dots are common. I applied the sudocrem cream after shower on his little sometime. But first spread on ur fringer/hand and put it on his little face. Next day I realised its gone.
It could be milk rash, or normal bumps which is common in baby during their first few months. If this persistent, you can go to the doctor to check. Meantime just wipe down with gentle care, baby safe product.
I use QV baby lotion on my LO face. So far so good. His face is free from small bumps and pimples.
