Spotting between period - Postpartum

Ay, I've heard a few of us moms go through this, especially while pumping, hormones are really all over the place pa rin! Since you're 7 months postpartum and your cycles are still irregular like this with spotting in between, I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to make sure everything's okay, especially since it's been a few months na and the pattern seems off. It could be hormonal from breastfeeding or something else, pero better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na if it's lasting longer than usual, your doctor can give you peace of mind din!
