Pregnancy Insomnia

is there anyone here experienced insomnia during pregnancy? im on my second tri and im having a hard time sleeping. i usually fell asleep between 3am-5am. ?

Ako rin 1 to 2am na ako nkakatulog pero gumigising nmn ako 9 to 10am din hehe.. pero gusto ko tlga early sana mgsleep kasi ayoko ng super late natutulog prang unhealthy mxado. Hayysss. Gnun tlga mga buntis plaging puyat

Ma'am Jonalyn macasiray.Ask ko po kung ano pampatulog ang nireseta sayo ng Ob mo? sana masagot po ninyo kc hirap din po ako ngaun 2nd trimester ko sa pagtulog at laging kulang sa tulog.
