after 3 months, may OB gave the go signal to do sports. pero kapa kapain mo din katawan mo. pakiramdaman mo kasi sasakit pa din po :) 7 months after giving birth meron pa din akong nararamdaman.

Hello! CS ako, bikini cut. After 2 weeks normal nako. You can do light exercises 2 to 3 months. Depende sa body and capacity mo :)

inum ka palagi ng del monte pineapple, lite exercise at healthy meal.😊
