Ay, ganyan talaga minsan, sis, ang cycle natin ay hindi laging regular, lalo na if may stress, diet changes, or hormonal shifts! Kung from Sept 11 to Oct 17 ka nag-bleed, then that's around 36 days, which is still within the normal range (usually 21-35 days pero okay pa ang slight variation), pero the 2-day period is a bit light compared sa normal mo siguro. A few of us mums dito sa group namin, may times na ganyan din, short, light periods, usually dahil sa stress or walang enough nutrients, pero importante i-monitor mo pa rin. If next month pa ring ganyan ang cycle mo or nag-worry ka talaga, please check with your OB na para sure lang, better safe than sorry, especially kung iba ito sa normal flow mo!
