Honestly, it really depends on kung gaano kalayo ang placenta mo sa cervix, sa 30 weeks pa lang kasi, maraming cases na umakyat pa ng sarili niya as you progress, so don't stress yourself too much yet! I'd really suggest bringing this up with your OB sa next check-up para makita kung saan exactly positioned ang placenta mo at what they think ang best approach for your delivery, kasi they'll monitor mo closely leading up to labor and mag-advise based sa exact measurements mo.
