Alamak, I haven't given birth at HSA JB sendiri, but a few of my mum friends did and they said the experience was okay lah, the staff cepat respond, facilities decent, tapi memang boleh jadi busy especially during peak hours so tunggu agak lama sometimes. My advice, book early, prepare your birth plan dengan jelas and discuss with your doctor, and jangan lupa bawa barang penting dalam hospital bag sebelum delivery date. Good luck, mama!
