Uy, first-time mom, this is definitely something to talk to your OB about ASAP, especially kasi you're so close na sa due date!
I know waiting is hard, pero your doctor needs to check you properly and guide what's safe for you at baby. A few of us moms tried different things at 39 weeks, pero honestly, walang one-size-fits-all, it really depends sa your situation. Your OB will know best kung ano ang okay para sa inyo both.
