Teacher mums and pumping

Hello! Any teacher mamas here? I'm thinking of pumping until my LO is 6-9 months old. But my work schedule means I have to work 4h stretches very often with only short pee breaks. I can't leave the class for 20 min to go pump. I'm worried that this will cause my supply to dip. Any teacher mums have tips on how to work around this schedule? Also, does anyone have reviews on the Elvie pump? Was thinking of just stuffing it in my bra and wearing a nursing cover while I teach. 😅

Hello mama! I am a teacher too. Consider asking your RO to raise this issue at the SMC/ 2022 planning. My colleagues who have given birth have their timetables with slightly longer breaks so they can pump. At most their teaching periods will be a 3-hour stretch when really no choice. Boils down to how supportive your school is. Really hope it works out for you! 😊
