Binat sa 2 yrs na nanganak

Oo, normal lang na umabot ng mahigit isang taon ang binat especially if breastfeeding ka pa, kaya don't worry! A few of my mum friends had the same experience, one of them didn't get her period back until almost 18 months after giving birth dahil full breastfeeding, tapos biglang bumagal lang naturally after. It really depends on how frequent yung breastfeeding mo and kung exclusively breastfeeding ka or may formula na rin, pero if di ka nagbibigay ng formula at purely breastfeeding, mas matagal talaga ubulit ang cycle. Basta kung mahaba man or mabilis, normal lang yan, every body is different!
