Momsh, honestly dapat itanong mo yan sa OB mo directly kasi bawat katawan talaga ay different, pero from what I've heard sa aming mommy group, usually takes a few days to a week bago ma-feel mo na yung full effect, pero better safe na mag-use ng backup protection pa rin for the first week o two para sure! Ang aming OB usually nag-remind sa amin to follow up after the first injection to make sure everything's working well sa system natin.
