Eh, sakit perut mild dengan tompok coklat macam tu memang boleh jadi tanda² bersalin or baby dah engaged, tapi honestly kak, dengan 36 weeks lagi awal sikit untuk proper labour, kena panggil doctor atau midwife sekarang juga to confirm, sebab tompok besar tu perlu check in case ada bleeding ke atau apa, better safe than sorry kan especially first baby. A few of my mum friends pun dulu confused masa diorang 36-37 weeks, so jangan risau, tapi jangan tunggu² ye, check with your clinic or hospital right away so they can examine you properly. Kemungkinan tu Braxton Hicks or baby positioning, tapi dekat seluar dalam tompok tu kena tengok betul² by a professional.
