I pun ada mslh heartburn for all my 4 pregnancies. Tapi o&g i advise, kurangkan makanan pedas/berempah/ berminyak/ bersantan. Makan sikit2 and kunyah lama. Make sure betul2 hancur baru telan. Sebab time pregnant, digestion kita slow sebab our space dekat perut dah compressed by baby. Sebab tu kita heartburn. I follow yang o&g i advise and mostly makan bersup2, something soft and easy to digest. I tak pernah ambil gaviscon/ ENO. Alhamdulillah menjadi. You can try 😄 And banyakkan minum air kosong jugak. Reducekan caffein/ coklat/ citrusy food.
