Look, sakit perut dan cramp tu boleh jadi signs tapi honestly, a faint line on UPT is really hard to call dengan mata je, better go see your doctor or midwife asap, especially since you're having back pain jugak. A proper blood test (beta HCG) will give you a clear answer dalam minutes, and they can check if everything is okay with the cramping and that lower back pain. Jangan stress, just go get confirmed properly eh! One of my mum friends had faint lines jugak and the clinic blood test settled it straight away, much better than guessing at home.
