Pregnant 7 bulan

Eh normal je tu, especially 7 bulan dah quite besar kan perut! A few of my mum friends cakap yang feeling padat and sarat tu adalah sebab baby dah besar and amniotic fluid banyak, plus semua organs shifted untuk buat space. Kalau tak ada other symptoms macam bleeding or severe pain, usually it's fine but still worth mentioning to your doctor during your next checkup just to be sure everything is okay, ya? Take it easy, rest when you can, and don't be shy to call your gynae kalau anything feels off.
