Normal ka kerap rasa mcm sakit senggugut ?

Sy pregnant 30 weeks.. dah 3 hari berturut-turut rasa sakit senggugut.. sy x tau itu braxton hicks atau contraction.. tapi awal pula kan nak rasa contraction, btw this is my 2nd baby.. n recently sy detected pp stage 3-4.. ada tak yg pernah experience mcm ni? Nak tau pengalaman korg ni.. sy nak bersedia mentally sbb husband pun kerja shift.. takut pula jadi apa2, sy overthinking 🥲 #pregnancy #sharing

Sakit senggugut at 30 weeks boleh be Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) lah, especially since this is your second baby, second pregnancies tend to feel these earlier, so don't worry, totally normal! But since you're at stage 3-4 periodontal disease and the pain has been consistent for 3 days straight, I'd really suggest checking with your gynae just to be safe, especially with hubby doing shift work and you worrying, better peace of mind than stressing alone. A few of my mum friends had similar scares and the doctor just confirmed it was BH, but they said it was worth the check-in call. You're doing great mentally preparing, but don't carry all this worry by yourself, ring your clinic and describe it to them, they can advise if you need to come in or if you can manage at home. You've got this mama, and you're not alone in feeling jittery with a second pregnancy!
