7weeks mengah sana sini.. breast pun tegang bila bangun tidur

Alamak, tu semua normal for 7 weeks pregnant, tapi that breathlessness and sakit yang sangat tu perlu check dengan doctor ye, especially if it's making you feel faint or chest pains. Hormones memang buat everything tight and tender at this stage, so the breast pain and shortness of breath go hand in hand, but better safe than sorry lah! A few of my mum friends dulu had the same thing and their docs just reassured them everything okay, tapi they checked anyway. For now rest as much as you can, minta help from hubby (dia boleh cuci pinggan ), and jangan paksa diri buat housework, pregnancy ni bukan time nak perfect rumah. Go see your doctor soon yes, baru boleh relax!
