Salam! Aih, 38 weeks dah keluar lendir berdarah, tu memang tanda labour berjalan, tapi since bukaan baru 1.5, baby mungkin belum fully ready lagi. Jangan tunggu-tunggu, call your doctor or go back to the hospital now , contraction yang jadi slow after eating tu normal actually, tapi with bloody show at 38 weeks, doctor kena monitor. Better safe than sorry, especially when you're already unsure. A few of us mum friends went through the same, keluar show, tapi contraction tak konsisten, and the doctors preferred to check in case ada anything. Don't worry about "bothering" them, that's literally their job! Keep track of when contractions come, and if they pick up or the bleeding gets heavier, go straight away. You're doing great, mama, trust your instinct. Balik hospital, let them check, then baru you boleh rest easy.
