Honestly for CL choice, more important than nationality is finding someone who fits your style and your baby's needs, I know some mummies prefer Melayu CL sebab easier communication, but kalau Indon caregiver tu experienced and dapat click dengan family, that matters way more. Since you're first-timer and starting 1/10, I'd suggest you interview both, ask about their experience with newborns, and trust your gut on who you feel comfortable leaving your baby with, that peace of mind during your confinement is worth it!
