Alangkah baiknya kau check dengan doctor dulu sebab setiap pregnancy lain-lain, tapi a few of my mum friends memang ada Braxton Hicks contractions around this time yang boleh keliru. Kalau rasa contractions yang regular atau ada bleeding/fluid leakage, kena beritahu doctor terus ya, jangan tahan-tahan. For the hospital bag, honestly most of us pack around 36-37 weeks je, takde salah prepare awal tapi pastikan sudah check the hospital's list apa yang diorg boleh provide, terus arrange yang really important je macam documents, baby clothes few sets, toiletries.
