Aww, I understand your worry, at 5 weeks memang sometimes the gestational sac is very small pa, so it's not unusual kalau doc tak nampak lagi even though implantation dah terjadi. Tapi because this is something yang kena monitor closely, I think best you follow up with your doctor untuk another scan maybe in 1-2 weeks, sebab they can track the growth and make sure everything's on track, a few of my mum friends went through similar situations and the repeat scans really helped put their minds at ease!
