Sayang, I know this is scary, please call your gynae clinic first thing tomorrow morning and explain what you're seeing, or go to the nearest hospital/A&E if you get heavier bleeding or stronger cramps before then. They'll want to check you properly, okay? Some discharge can happen in early pregnancy, tapi bleeding + cramps together is something the doctor needs to see, not guess about at home. A few of my mum friends had bleeding early on and it turned out fine, but some didn't, either way, you need that scan sooner rather than later for your own peace of mind.
